Re Finish Laundry Room Floor

Project: Strip and refinish the laundry room floor.

Paper Towel, Soap Dispenser, & Garbage Disposal Installation

Project: Install a soap and paper towel dispenser above the kitchen sink and a garbage disposal under the sink.

Reason for Project: Provide residents with the tools to wash their hands and clean up after themselves in the clubhouse kitchen.

Our Mission

Project: Create a Mission Statement for our current Jordan Ridge team and display it for all to see.

Project Status: Complete

Reason for Project: Team building! If we see our mission statement, we never lose sight of why we are here or what we wish to accomplish as a team.

New Blinds

Project: Replacing blinds in the Jordan Ridge hot tub room.

Project Status: Complete!

Reason for Project: The blinds in the hot tub room have rusted so bad over the last 6 years that they could not be opened or closed.

Repair Jordan/Legacy Ridge Sign on 2nd

Project: Lift up and re-set the Jordan/Legacy Ridge sign on 2nd.

Project Status: Receiving Estimates

Estimated Completion Date: August 2010

Reason for Project: A few years back our sign was struck by an automobile causing it to lean backwards. We will be raising the sign up in the air, pouring a concrete slab, and re-setting the sign so it will be more stable and stand upright once again.

Sidewalk Grinding

Project: Grind down uneven areas of the sidewalk

Reason for Project: We will be grinding down the hazardous areas of the walkways for your safety.

Grounds Pruning

Project: Prune all of the bushes around the complex

Heat Tape on Clubhouse, Bldg. 8, and Bldg 9

Project: Install heat tape on buildings 8 & 9 and the Clubhouse

Project Status: Complete

Reason for Project: Finish heat tape project for the men's side of the complex. Heat tape will help the snow to melt in the rain gutters during the winter which will prevent heavy build up and damage to the gutters.

Install New Motion Light Switches

Project: Install new motion light switches in laundry room, clubhouse bathrooms, and hot tub.

Project Status: Complete!

Estimated Completion Date: June 25th, 2010

Reason for Project: We are installing these new switches to help make our complex more energy efficient. Lights in these particular rooms are constantly on and by installing these switches, they will automatically turn off if no motion is detected for 20 minutes. Look for them soon!

Repair Sink Hole

Project: Repair sinkhole in the northwest corner of the complex near building 9

Project Status: Receiving Estimates

Reason for Project: To fix drainage problem which caused the sinkhole from the heavy rains.
