Floor Waxing

Project: Wax all the floors in the Jordan Ridge Clubhouse

Reason for Project: We try to keep up with the traffic! The floors are starting to look dull and worn out by the end of the year. By waxing them annually, they look better and last longer!

Paper Towel, Soap Dispenser, & Garbage Disposal Installation

Project: Install a soap and paper towel dispenser above the kitchen sink and a garbage disposal under the sink.

Project Status: Complete

Reason for Project: Provide residents with the tools to wash their hands and clean up after themselves in the clubhouse kitchen.

Our Mission

Project: Create a Mission Statement for our current Jordan Ridge team and display it for all to see.

Project Status: Complete

Reason for Project: Team building! If we see our mission statement, we never lose sight of why we are here or what we wish to accomplish as a team.

New Blinds

Project: Replacing blinds in the Jordan Ridge hot tub room.

Project Status: Complete!

Reason for Project: The blinds in the hot tub room have rusted so bad over the last 6 years that they could not be opened or closed.

Repair Jordan/Legacy Ridge Sign on 2nd

Project: Lift up and re-set the Jordan/Legacy Ridge sign on 2nd.

Project Status: Receiving Estimates

Estimated Completion Date: August 2010

Reason for Project: A few years back our sign was struck by an automobile causing it to lean backwards. We will be raising the sign up in the air, pouring a concrete slab, and re-setting the sign so it will be more stable and stand upright once again.

Sidewalk Grinding

Project: Grind down uneven areas of the sidewalk

Project Status: Complete

Reason for Project: We will be grinding down the hazardous areas of the walkways for your safety.

Grounds Pruning

Project: Prune all of the bushes around the complex
